We offer a leasing program which our customers LOVE. You rent the lights from us so we own the lights. The benefits are: if you want to ever change up the design, decide not to decorate because you will be out of town one year, or if you happen to move to a new property, you are not “stuck” with lights that are custom for this home. The cost overall is typically less than purchasing. Also all maintenance falls on us so we don’t have to charge you each year to replace anything that might wear out or break.
We work with you and get a feel for your design “style”. We take a few photos and produce a mock up sketch of the layout. This way you can “see” what the final design will be before we ever set up a ladder.
Just call our office and we will have an elf (technician) out to make the repair in 48 hours or less.
Roughly 2 months. Our “early bird” customers get their lights up in late October and we remove them in early January.
We discretely hide the cords to make it a clean installation. As an extra step, we use colored cords so they can blend with the surrounding areas, for example, brown or black for mulched beds, and green for grass. We promise to never use an orange or yellow cord on your installation (your installation should not look like a construction site).
Yes, a discrete anchor will be installed at the location of the wreath so it can be used year after year.

Every year, as Christmas approaches, homes all over the neighborhood start to compete with each other to see who can have the best display of lights. Some go all out, covering every inch of their home in sparkling lights, while others take a more subdued approach. No matter what your style, though, one question always remains: is it better to buy your own Christmas lights or lease them from a company?

There are advantages and disadvantages to both options. If you buy your own lights, you obviously have the initial investment of purchasing them. However, you also have the advantage of being able to use them year after year, and you don’t have to worry about returning them or making sure they’re in good condition. You also have more control over the type and style of light you purchase. When you lease lights, on the other hand, you don’t have any upfront costs. You also don’t have to worry about storing the lights or maintaining them. However, you are limited to the selection offered by the leasing company, and you generally have to return the lights at the end of the season.

So which option is better for you? Ultimately, that decision comes down to personal preference and budget. If you’re someone who likes to change up your holiday decorations from year to year, leasing lights may be the way to go. If you want more control over your light display or if you want to save money in the long run, though, buying your own lights is probably the better option.

There are a number of factors that contribute to the cost of holiday lighting installation. The first factor is the size of the area to be covered. A small front yard will require fewer lights than a large commercial display, and the layout of the area can also affect the number of lights needed. Finally, the level of difficulty involved in installing the lights can also play a role in determining the cost. If the area is easy to access and the lights can be quickly and easily installed, then the cost will be lower than if special equipment or scaffolding is required. By taking these factors into account, you can get a better sense of what to expect in terms of holiday lighting installation costs.

The best time to have your holiday lights installed by a professional is in the early fall. If you wait too late, there’s a chance that professionals will be booked up for the season and not be able to provide timely service. It’s usually best to get them up before Thanksgiving so you can enjoy their twinkling beauty throughout the holidays.

When it comes to holiday lighting, there are many types of lights that can be used. Traditionally, people use standard incandescent bulbs for their decorations – but if you’re looking for more spectacular results, professional-grade LED lights may be the best option.

LED (Light Emitting Diode) light strings are available in a variety of colors and shapes – from classic string lights to themed designs such as snowflakes or stars. Holiday lighting professionals tend to prefer these types of decorations because they provide superior brightness and visibility over longer lengths than traditional incandescent bulbs.

Professional installation ensures that your lighting display is safe and secure, meaning no more worrying about ladder falls or electric shocks. Professional installers will also create a custom design for your business, allowing you to make the most out of whatever space you have available. Additionally, professional installers know how to maximize efficiency by using the proper bulbs and setting up efficient connections from one light to another in order to reduce energy usage.

Having a professional installer do the job also eliminates unnecessary stress on the business owner or employees. Instead of wasting valuable time trying to figure out where cables should go or which bulb goes in what socket, they can relax knowing that a professional has handled everything correctly with expertise and care. Furthermore, having a professionally designed lighting display can draw attention and increase foot traffic over the holidays – adding an extra layer of value along with convenience!

The length of time it takes to install Christmas lights depends heavily on the types of decoration being used and the surface area being decorated. Professionals can usually complete an average-sized home in about 2-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the decorations. It could take around 3-4 hours if you plan to install outdoor lighting or decorate a larger surface area.

When installing professional Christmas lights, preparation is key in getting the job done quickly and efficiently! Make sure to measure out your desired area beforehand so you’ll know how much lighting material you need. Also be sure to check that your decorations are in proper working condition prior to installation – this will help save time by preventing any unanticipated repairs during the process. Finally, it’s important to have all necessary tools handy such as ladders, extension cords, staples/clips for securing wires and electrical testers for testing light strands before they’re hung.
